The sea and the sky sometimes seem to be confused in the immensity of an elusive gaze. Sometimes it has certainly happened that relaxing on a beach, they cannot be distinguished on the horizon. At that precise point where the sky and the sea meet themselves and merge into a mystical whole is where the infinite, the immeasurable begins. There is no longer any horizon to sustain it, only the immense desire to look beyond the imaginable, farther from reality, deep in our soul. In front of so much immensity, we are surprised by a feeling of astonishment and impotence in front of such a breathtaking show where the intangible plays an important role.  

Tasting notes

Colour: Clean and brilliant, pale yellow with green hues.

Bouquet: Intensely fruity, with notes of white flowers (Alyssum, floss flower and magnolia) and a nice touch of citrus (grapefruit) very long and elegant. (Destaca por su estilo refrescante).

Palate: Silky and intense on the palate with a vivid acidity of fruits and a spicy fennel vegetative notes, well structured, soft and refreshing.


Each variety is harvested and fermented separately. The grapes are destemmed, cooled, pressed, and fermented in stainless tanks. After the alcoholic fermentation, we blend the wines of the different varieties to find the perfect combination, clarification and tartaric stabilization before bottling.  

Gastronomy and recommendations

This organic wine is a perfect complement for tofu and seaweed salads. Japanese and Thai cuisine, sheep cheeses with medium maturation, perfect for all types of fish and extraordinary with paella. The recommended service temperature is between 8 and 10ºC.
