SI it is a range of young and dynamic wines, the freshest and funniest that we offer to our customers, besides being the most flexible and easily adaptable to harmonize with different dishes. Our SI is the answer to the different possibilities that life offers us along our way, at any age. On the label, we can see the drawing of a stylized silhouette reacting to the versatile facets of the opportunities that life provides us, sometimes they appear more cheerful and easy to approach in other situation they present themselves in the form of challenges. Our SI is the answer to acceptance of these manifestations, to rectify with a no always there is time!

Tasting notes

Colour: Pale yellow with green hints.

Bouquet: Intensely fruity, with notes of ripe apples, white flowers and a tropical finish, very long and elegant.

Palate: On the palate it is equally fruity, well structured, soft, fresh and round.

Elaboration

Each variety is picked and fermented separately. The grapes are pressed pneumatically, subsequent selection of the must, and alcoholic fermentation. Racking after the alcoholic fermentation, blending of varietal wines, clarification, tartaric stabilization and micro filtering prior to bottling.

Gastronomy and recommendations

This is a wine ideal for an aperitif or to accompany light dishes of fish and shellfish, pasta and rice, white meats, salmon and even cured cheeses.

Colour: Deep and attractive red currant pink with violet hues.

Bouquet: Intensely fruity, with aromas of strawberries, cherries and wild berries

Palate: In harmony with its bouquet, fruity, elegant, very soft in general and with great character.

Elaboration

Each variety is harvested and fermented separately. The grapes are destemmed, cooled, macerated for less than 2 hours, directly pressed, alcoholic fermentation. Racking after alcoholic fermentation, varietal wine blending, clarification, tartaric stabilization and micro filtration before bottling.  

Gastronomy and recommendations

This is an ideal wine for aperitifs and perfectly accompanies first courses, light dishes of fish, shellfish, smoked fish and meats, rice and pasta as well as cheeses and light meat dishes.

Colour: Bright and intense cherry red with violet tones

Bouquet: Intensely fruity with notes of berries such as blackberries and red currants, floral hints of violets and a finish of liquorice.

Palate: The wine is powerful and structured, showing the characteristics of the varieties with which it has been made, it has a ripe fruit with a long finish.

Elaboration

Each variety is harvested and fermented separately. The grapes are pressed and cooled to 16ºC for a pre-maceration in cold, a subsequent maceration and fermentation. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation becomes an additional racking, blending, clarification, tartaric stabilization and final filtering before bottling .

Gastronomy and recommendations

This is a very versatile wine that accompanies well the most consistent dishes (meat, strong cheeses like Gorgonzola.) but when served slightly chilled, it is perfect with light dishes such as salmon in butter sauce, fish and rice dishes, pastas.
